What type of jewelry do you use?
We only use internally threaded ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium jewelry — known for its safety, durability, and biocompatibility. It’s safe for sensitive skin and promotes faster healing.
Are your tools and needles reused?
No. We strictly use single-use, sterile piercing needles and disposable clamps (when required). All tools are discarded immediately after each procedure to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Do piercings hurt?
Pain tolerance varies by person and placement, but our skilled piercers work quickly and efficiently to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible.
How do I take care of my piercing?
We provide detailed aftercare instructions after every piercing, and we also sell high-quality aftercare products in-studio. Following the proper aftercare is crucial for healing and preventing complications.
Do you pierce with surgical steel?
No. We do not use surgical steel in our studio due to its higher risk of allergic reactions. We are committed to offering only the safest materials, which is why we exclusively use implant-grade titanium.
Can I bring my own jewelry?
For initial piercings, we require you to use our studio-provided titanium jewelry to ensure safety and proper healing. Once your piercing is fully healed, you’re welcome to change it out with jewelry of your choice.
How old do I have to be to get a piercing?
Most piercings require you to be at least 16 years old with valid government-issued ID. For clients under 18, parental consent and presence is required for specific piercings. Some piercings may be restricted to 18+ only.
Do you offer jewelry changes or removals?
Yes. We provide professional jewelry change, removal, and cleaning services for $10 per piercing.
What if I get a piercing bump or irritation?
Piercing bumps are common and can happen even with perfect care. We’re here to help — we offer aftercare guidance and products specifically designed to treat and reduce irritation or bumps.
Can I walk in for a piercing or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday during Business Hours and by appointments on Saturdays, but availability depends on how busy we are. To guarantee your spot, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
